All employees undertake not to accept or give any gifts that could lead to conflicts of interest. Bribery or attempted bribery, whether active or passive, is not tolerated by SANIT-Chemie.

SANIT-Chemie recognizes the right of all employees to appropriate remuneration. Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines on working hours is a matter of course. SANIT also respects the right of all employees to freedom of association.
SANIT regards the planned, continuous qualification of its employees in technical, methodological and social terms as an essential investment in the future in order to be able to successfully meet the increasing and diverse demands of the markets and the world of work.
Occupational safety
Companies are driven by people. Our employees have a decisive influence on SANIT’s success. That is why protecting their health, preventing injuries and preserving their working capacity are both a human and an entrepreneurial concern for us. To this end, we systematically assess the risks and effects of workplaces, machines, systems and working materials for and on the health of our employees. On this basis, we ensure that they are protected from the dangers of mechanical hazards, working materials, noise, heat and vibrations.
Qualification, awareness-raising and regular training are essential foundations for ensuring that occupational health and safety is anchored in the actions of our employees. Compliance with legal requirements in the area of occupational safety forms the backbone of occupational health and safety. We are guided by the requirements of BS OHSAS 18001 for the systematic further development of our occupational health and safety system. Occupational health and safety targets and their follow-up ensure this further development.
Environmental responsibility and energy efficiency
For SANITChemie, environmental protection and energy efficiency are essential obligations on the way to achieving the formulated corporate goals and an indispensable aspect of every employee’s operational activities. In this sense, the protection of the environment and the responsible use of natural resources – especially energy sources – are not an end in themselves, but secure the future of the company and the quality of life of future generations. Economy and ecology are of particular importance at SANIT. The economical and efficient use of natural resources has a direct impact on the economic success of the company. SANIT regularly and systematically determines and evaluates its environmental impact and tries to ensure that it is limited to an ecologically acceptable level. This also applies to the selection and use of our raw and input materials, energy sources, technical equipment and work processes. The use of energy-efficient technologies is a high priority when purchasing new machines and systems and when modifying existing ones. Compliance with statutory environmental protection requirements is regarded as a minimum standard. With
